Treat others as you would like them treating you

We have a zero-tolerance for harassment. This goes for all kinds of harassment be it related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, or religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, photography or audio/video recording against reasonable consent, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Sponsors and partners are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. If you notice behaviour in contradiction with this, please do report it to us. All reporters have the right to remain anonymous.

Act like a professional

This goes for all communications, all ideas, all challenges, all submissions. Be a part of conversations, offer your perspective, respect the other people participating and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment. Any off-topic discussions should be held outside the dedicated platforms.

No spam, advertising or unnecessary self-promoting

Sharing services with team members that could benefit the development of your idea members’ needs is fine. Direct selling or unnecessary advertising is not tolerated.
